2. Responsibilities
Management Responsibility:
Top Management is responsible for ensuring that health and safety practices are integrated into all aspects of business operations, from project planning to execution. This includes providing necessary resources, training, and support.
Health and Safety Officer:
Trity Enviro Solutions has designated a Health and Safety Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy, conducting regular audits, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Employee Responsibility:
Employees must follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, report hazards or unsafe practices, participate in training, cooperate with inspections, wear required PPE, and take an active role in maintaining a safe work environment.
Contractor Responsibility:
All contractors working with Trity Enviro Solutions are expected to comply with our health and safety procedures and contribute to ensuring safe work practices. Contractors are required to conduct safety assessments and provide their workers with necessary training and protective equipment.
3. Risk Management and Hazard Identification
Risk Assessment:
We perform regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace, including those arising from the handling of pipes, machinery, chemicals, and wastewater systems. We also assess risks related to construction sites, maintenance tasks, and operational work areas.
Hazard Identification:
- Physical Hazards: Exposure to dangerous equipment, machinery, and worksite environments.
- Chemical Hazards: Exposure to hazardous substances used in water treatment processes or wastewater management.
